- Global Outreach
Woodland Shores provides generous prayer and financial support to missionary partners who serve on the frontlines of evangelism locally, regionally, and globally. In addition, we frequently send students and adults on short-term missionary projects lasting from several days to several weeks.
Our Global Missions Team oversees this ministry and provides missionary updates to the Woodland family. Each fall we devote several days for a Global Missions Festival. Our goal is to “reach as many as possible” with the gospel (1 Corinthians 9.19-23).
Our 2012 missionary partners are:
Brittany Bedford (Pioneer Bible Translators)
Mike and Pam Chupp (Kenya–World Gospel Mission)
Larry and Jean DePue (Michigan–Child Evangelism Fellowship)
Paul and Melissa Ewing (Japan–North American Baptist)
Terry and Robbie Mason (England–Africa Inland Mission)
North American Baptist Great Lakes Association (Indiana,
Michigan, Ohio; Randy Mitrovich, Regional Minister)
Ron and Donna Pontier (Kenya–Africa Inland Mission AIR)
Bob and Bette Pycraft (Michigan--AWANA Kids' Clubs)
Chuck and Dianne Roeper (University of Michigan–Cru)
John Schindler (USA/Africa--John Schindler Ministries)
Holly Tapley (International Messengers)
To serve and encourage our missionary partners in sensitive global areas, we do not publicly identify them or their locations.
